We call it the Gifty™ Guarantee – it means that if for any reason you or the gift recipient aren’t happy with the gift, we’ll give you a full refund if you get it back to us in 30 days, and cover the postage costs*. We know gift giving can be a bit hit-and-miss, but now there’s no need to worry.

 

All gifts which are returned to us, and are worthy to be re-sold, are put into a pile to be given away to 1 lucky person/group of people in our monthly #WinOurReturns competition. Click here to find out more.

Gifts are dispatched the same day if the order has been placed before 2pm in most circumstances (however it can be up to 48 hours or longer e.g. if it’s made-to-order, or personalisation has to be added) and is in your/the gift recipient’s hands within 2-4 working days after dispatch unless otherwise stated. Then, with the help of Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce and other private couriers, your package makes its humble journey to your location. You will receive an e-mail with tracking info (if available) once this has happened.We will always do our best to deliver your goods as soon as possible but please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. This could be down to several reasons; weather, strikes, delay in our supplier chain, or even a delay in the postal service. Please also be aware that at very busy times of the year, delivery can be a bit slower due to the demand on delivery services. We will always try to get your product to you in the shortest time possible, and most of the time we do. However, in the unlikely event that your goods have not arrived within 14 days please make us aware by e-mailing support@thegiftystore.com

 

 

You must e-mail us before you return the item within 30 days to be valid – we can’t issue a refund if we don’t know what’s going on! We regret that unless there is a genuine fault with the product, we cannot offer refunds for Personalised Gifts, Food Gifts, or Digital Goods. We may ask for photos of the product and the return postage receipt. Experience Bookings are subject to a different refund process on an individual basis.

 

 

You will receive your order by e-mail 0-2 hours after payment has cleared, but please allow longer for delays in e-mail mailing systems. Make sure you check all of your e-mail folders, as your order may have been placed in the spam/junk folder by mistake. We can’t currently issue any refunds for digital purchases at this moment in time – but drop us an e-mail and we’ll see what we can do for you.

 

 

You will receive booking confirmation by e-mail 0-24 hours after payment has cleared, but please allow longer for delays in e-mail mailing systems. Make sure you check all of your e-mail folders, as your order may have been placed in the spam/junk folder by mistake. A non-refundable booking fee may be payable but will be included in the price and clearly visible.
If you need to cancel an order for an experience, these are done on an individual basis as per the provider. Usually, if the cancellation is made 8 days or further from the event then a partial to full refund can be given, and orders which are cancelled 7 days or closer to the event may not be entitled to a full refund. We try our hardest to leave both parties happy in the event of a cancellation.
