2-4 days, unless your gift is personalised in which case it may take up to 10 days. Our standards are extremely high, however please be aware that there are sometimes unavoidable occurrences which can cause delays.

 

Of course. Simply enter the gift recipients address as the shipping address, and kindly leave a note in the “Additional Notes” field, just letting us and the couriers know of the situation. This way, we’ll make certain to not leave any invoices or unwanted notices in the packaging!

We always e-mail you once the order has been dispatched. Currently, approximately 75% of gifts can be tracked in closer detail online, with the option of being notified further by text or e-mail.

 

If no one’s in when the courier tries to deliver, he/she will use sound judgement as whether they should leave it in an appropriate location or not. It helps to leave a note at the checkout which we can pass on to the courier, such as “leave it with the neighbour” or “leave it in the porch”. If neither of these happens, a note will be left with either a pick-up location or an alternative delivery date.

 

Unfortunately not right now, as we’re primarily concentrating on making our gifting experience the best it can possibly be for UK customers.

In the rare event of a sub-par gift being delivered, or not being delivered at all, please contact support@thegiftystore.com quoting your order number in the e-mail title, and we’ll look into it right away.

We only work with the best, and our suppliers have been chosen for their superior qualities: they’re strictly small-to-medium in size whether they’re tight-knit teams, family run business’, or sole traders, and their products and overall service has been tested by ourselves – we wouldn’t offer our 100% returns policy Gifty™ Guarantee if we weren’t confident in them! By choosing to work with suppliers of this nature, it means the attention to detail is greater, and therefore things go wrong less often. We prefer the human touch.

 Yes! We know gifts can be a bit hit-and-miss, so we offer a 100% refund if you or the gift recipient aren’t happy for any reason. Some gifts, such as Personalised, Food and Digital items are exempt.

 

To request a refund, please e-mail support@thegiftystore@gmail.com stating the Order Number, as well as some information about the situation.
